How do I find which email I registered with Palteca?

Find out which email address your Palteca account is registered under by searching your inbox for our welcome email — useful if you signed in with Apple's private relay or used a different email than you expected.

Updated yesterday

If you've contacted us and we couldn't find your account, it's usually because the email you're writing from is different from the one your Palteca account is registered under. This happens more often than you'd think — even when you're sure you signed up with a specific email!

A few common reasons this happens:

  • iOS users who used "Sign in with Apple" and chose Apple's private relay option. This creates a hidden forwarding address (ending in @privaterelay.appleid.com) that's used as your actual account email — not your regular Apple ID email.

  • Android and other users sometimes have multiple email addresses on their device and accidentally sign up with a different one than they expected.

The good news: there's a quick way to find out exactly which email is registered.

How to find your registered email

  1. Open your email inbox (check any account you might have used)

  2. Search for the word "Bienvenido" — this word appears in the subject line of every welcome email we send

  3. Look to see if the message came from [email protected]

  4. Open the email and check the To: field at the top — that's the email address your Palteca account is registered under

If you can't find the welcome email in one inbox, try searching any other email accounts you have — it might be in one you weren't expecting.
