Generally, all charges for in-app purchases are nonrefundable, and there are no refunds or credits for partially used subscription periods.
That said, the process for requesting a refund depends on where you originally subscribed. Here's how it works for each platform.
iOS (Apple) subscriptions
If you subscribed through the App Store, Apple manages the subscription and charges directly. We unfortunately don't have any control over payments or refunds on iOS.
To request a refund, you'll need to go through Apple directly using their refund form:
Android (Google Play) subscriptions
If you subscribed through Google Play, send us an email at [email protected] and a member of our customer support team will review your request.
Web subscriptions
If you subscribed directly through our website, send us an email at [email protected] and a member of our customer support team will review your request.
