You can delete your Palteca account directly from the app. Before you do, there are a few important things to know.
Important: This is permanent! Deleting your account is permanent and completely irrecoverable. Your data, progress, flashcards, and history will all be lost forever, and there's no way for us to bring any of it back. Only delete your account if you're 100% sure you'll never want to use Palteca again in the future.
Cancel your subscription first
If you have an active Palteca subscription through Apple or Google, you'll need to cancel it before deleting your account.
Apple and Google manage subscriptions directly — deleting your Palteca account does not automatically cancel your subscription with them. If you skip this step, you'll continue to be charged even though your account no longer exists.
You can cancel your subscription through:
iOS: your iPhone or iPad's Settings, under your Apple ID > Subscriptions
Android: the Google Play Store app, under your profile > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions
How to delete your account
Once your subscription is canceled, here's how to delete your account:
Open the Palteca app
Tap You in the bottom right corner
Tap the gear icon in the top right to open Settings
Scroll down and tap Delete My Account
Follow the on-screen steps to confirm the deletion
Once you've completed all the steps, your account and data will be permanently removed.
