How can I see when my free trial ends?

How to find out when your Palteca free trial ends by checking your subscription details in the app, plus a reminder to cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends if you don't want to be charged.

You can check when your free trial (or subscription) ends right inside the Palteca app:

  1. Open the Palteca app

  2. Tap You in the bottom right corner

  3. Tap the gear icon in the top right to open Settings

  4. At the top, tap Manage Membership

You'll see your subscription details, including the date your trial ends and your subscription will renew into a paid plan.

How do I ensure I won't be charged?

If you've decided Palteca isn't for you, just remember to cancel at least 24 hours before your trial ends — otherwise it will automatically renew into a paid subscription. The 24-hour requirement is set by Apple and Google and applies to all apps on the App Store and Play Store, and is not set by Palteca.
